Tumbling Classes

Ages 3 and up

Semi Private Lessons

We offer 30 minute classes once a week for  $55 per month, and each class has only two - three students, depending on skill level. They are offered Monday through Friday, and you can sign up at any time. ​

Private Lessons

You can book a 30 minute private lesson online with one of our fantastic instructors using the link below. The cost is $25, and new lessons for the week are posted Friday mornings.

If you'd like to set up an evaluation with one of our instructors to see about being placed into a class, please click below to register on our parent portal. You WILL NOT be charged a fee for an evaluation, simply select a Saturday Evaluation, and we will contact you to set up a time that's convenient for you!  

Specialty Tumbling Classes

Ages 3 and up

Co-Ed Stunting

Fly or base, two experienced coaches will teach you basic to advanced co-ed style stunts. NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Dance Class

NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Adult Tumbling

Beginner to advanced, the floor is yours.  Tumble for an hour. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

 

Jump Class

Flexibility, strength and technique training to throw higher, stronger more confident jumps. NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Flexi Flyer Class

General flexibility for flyers, including heel stretch, over stretch, scorpion and scale. NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Scorpion Class

Specialty flyer stretching for scorpions, working on back flexibility, technique and how to pull a needle. NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Beginner Fly Class

Learn basic flying skills. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

 

Intermediate Fly Class

Flyers with experience can learn stunts at prep level and above, begin to twist half turn into stunts, full down out of stunts, and switch legs.

 

Advanced Fly Class

Flyers with more experience can learn elite transitioning skills at prep level and above, including twisting, releases, tick tocks, and double downs.

 

Tumble Track Class

Tumbling on the tumble track is an incredibly useful tool, allowing athletes to focus on technique while performing high repetition of skills in a short time with little to no fatigue.  NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Beginner Handspring Class

Learn basic backhandspring body shapes, technique and drills. NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Advanced Backhandspring Class

Drills and repetition to strengthen the body shapes and technique of your backhandspring.

Standing Backhandspring w/o a Spot

W/O A SPOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND (, FLOOR WEDGE MAT OR TRAMPOLINE)

 

Basket Toss Class

Beginner to advanced, three coaches will work on a flyer’s basket technique thru repetition. COACHES APPROVAL TO ATTEND

 

Corner Tumbling

Use the time to throw running tumbling passes that require corner tumbling space. NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Whip Class

Learn the basics of whips, the body shapes, and the technique, and use drills and repetition to strengthen the confidence, consistency and technique of your skill. STANDING BACKHANDSPRING BACK TUCK REQUIRED TO ATTEND

 

Alternate Class

Learn the basics of alternates, the body shapes, and the technique, and use drills and repetition to strengthen the confidence, consistency and technique of your skill. ROUND OFF BACKHANDSPRING BACK TUCK REQUIRED TO ATTEND

 

Aerial Class

Tearn the basics of aerials, the body shapes, and the technique, and use drills and repetition to strengthen the confidence, consistency and technique of your skill. NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND

 

Punch Front Class

Learn the basics of punch front tucks, the body shapes, and the technique, and use drills and repetition to strengthen the confidence, consistency and technique of your skill, including step outs into roundoff for tumbling passes.

Full Class

Learn the basics of fulls, the body shapes, and the technique, and use drills and repetition to strengthen the confidence, consistency and technique of your skill. ROUNDOFF BACKHANDSPRING LAYOUT REQUIRED TO ATTEND

 

Layout Class

Learn the basics of fulls, the body shapes, and the technique, and use drills and repetition to strengthen the confidence, consistency and technique of your skill. ROUNDOFF BACKHANDSPRING BACK TUCK REQUIRED TO ATTEND

 

Body Shapes and Connections for Tumbling

Work on the way your body shapes increase the strength, consistency and confidence of your skills through drills, repetition and skill perfection. NO PREREQUISITES TO ATTEND
