Casey Crawley

Owner & Instructor

Casey has an M.S. in Sports Administration from Western Kentucky University, and a B.A. in Communications from Indiana University Southeast. He also sharpened his skills while playing baseball for Indiana University Southeast from 2006 to 2010, and then moved on to be the Director of Baseball Operations for US Baseball Academy, the nation's largest training camps! Casey has also competed with Ironmen in the 2016/17 season, and a Travel Baseball Organization, and was Varsity Head Assistant Coach for Louisville Eastern High School.

Ryan Brink

Pitching & Hitting Specialist   

Ryan is a 2017 graduate of Nashville Community High School (Nashville Illinois). He went on to play at St. Charles Community College then Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration. Ryan received the 2017 Southern Illinois Player of the Year award his senior year of high school. His sophomore year of college he received the region 16 pitcher of the year award posting a 2.85 ERA with 54 strikeouts in 66.1 innings while also batting .373. He now works for a local company out of Sellersburg Indiana and is an account manager.

 

Bobby Couch

Pitching Specialist   

Bobby played at Henryville High School from 2000-2003. Henryville was Sectional Champs every year and in 2002, finish ranked #1 in the state in the final IHSBCA Poll with a record of 26-2. Bobby was voted an IHSBCA All-State outfielder in 2002 and an IHSBCA All State Pitcher, in addition to being an SAC All-State Conference Member. He was voted Preseason All-State before the 2003 season, and was selected to pitch and play outfield for the Madison American Legion Post #9 teams for 2002 and 2003. Both American Legion teams were state tournament finalists. He also pitched for the IUS Grenadiers in 2003 and 2004. Bobby is an avid Ken Griffey Jr. baseball card and sports memorabilia collector, and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters. In addition to working at the gym, Bobby also works in the Clark County Jail as a licensed Peer Recovery Coach and has an Associates in Science in Respiratory Therapy. 

 

Emily Schottlekotte

Softball Pitching Specialist   

Emily Schottelkotte, a former collegiate pitcher at Mount St. Joseph University, is a Borden High School graduate and current assistant coach for Borden’s middle school softball team. A 4-year Varsity starter and 2-year captain, she earned 3 All-Conference honors, 4 team MVP awards, recorded over 600 career strikeouts, ranked top 3 in Indiana her freshman year, and held a .400+ batting average all four years. She now shares her passion for the game through private pitching lessons.

Bailey Hale

Hitting & Catching  Specialist   

Bailey played for Silver Creek High School, where the team won sectional all three years. He also made the All Region team and was All Conference every year. He then went on to play college ball at Waubonsee CC and Oakland City University, followed by two seasons professionally overseas. When not working at the gym, he runs his own painting business.

 

Justin Franz

Catching & Hitting Specialist   

In his time at Jeffersonville High School, Justin was a 3 year varsity starter for the Red Devils and played most of his innings in the outfield. Sophomore year he had a .511 batting average for the season. After graduating in 2012, he went on to play in college at IU Southeast, where he was a catcher and 1st baseman. Post college, he was offered a spot on the coaching staff as a student assistant, then a grad assistant. While coaching, Justin’s focus was on fielding, hitting and catching. After his time as a coach, he went to Vero Beach, Florida for pro school to pursue Umpiring. After pro school, stayed in Florida to work a winter league. Justin is now umpiring college ball for the River States Conference while also working professional baseball, and in his 3rd season for the Frontier League!
